Return Policy

At 56Camaro, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Returned with all components, wiring, harnesses, and accessories included

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products

  • Custom orders or special configurations

  • Items with missing components, wiring, or accessories

3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

5. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

6. Return Process

To request a return, contact us with your order details.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

8. Order Verification & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.

We may request details such as VIN, photos, or vehicle specifications to verify compatibility.

Returns will not be accepted for incompatibility due to:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Modified or non-OEM vehicle configurations

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact 56Camaro to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior communication, all return eligibility and warranty coverage related to the order may be suspended while the dispute is under review.

If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or is resolved in our favor, the order will be considered final, and the product will no longer be eligible for return or warranty claims.

We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks using collected order data, including verification details, communication records, and delivery confirmation.
