Warranty Policy

All products sold by us include a 1 year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal use. If your product experiences an issue during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware malfunctions

  • System failures not caused by user damage

What is not covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Physical damage such as broken screens, cut wires, or water damage

  • Modifications or tampering with the product

  • Issues caused by incorrect wiring or incompatible vehicles

  • Normal wear and tear

Important Notes:

  • Professional installation is highly recommended. Improper installation may void the warranty

  • The customer is responsible for any installation or removal costs

  • Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, or incidental damages

Warranty & Chargebacks:
If a chargeback or dispute is opened, the warranty will be immediately voided and all support services will be discontinued
